Prestige Property Prep (real estate professionals only) includes free 30 minute consultation with your client and 2 hours of hands on decluttering services (includes removal of items to donate or dispose of); organized packing and labeling; and unpacking of kitchen, bath and bedroom(s). $250.00
Seamless Shifts will vary from client to client based on the needs of the client. The needs of seniors can be quite complex and extensive. We believe our services are essential to honoring the legacy of our senior loved ones. We work closely with family and caregivers to curate every stage of “downsizing” to the specific needs of your loved one and the family. Our work goes well beyond simply “decluttering”. We can refer to and will coordinate with movers, cleaners, estate sales, Realtors, wills and trusts specialists, appraisers, and senior living facilities to make this transition an honorable and compassionate one and help reduce the stress of what can be a very difficult time for our loved ones.
By The Hour
Hourly:
One organizer: $125/hour
Two organizers: $200/hour
Additional organizers: add $65/hour for each additional team member(Most of the time, one or two organizers is all you will need)
Shopping hourly: $60
A trip fee of $60/hour (prorated) may apply for distances outside Houston’s Inner Loop, Memorial or Crystal Beach.
